Wholesale terms and use

We love our customers and are always happy to share our products with new shops!
Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have.
1. Minimum Order Value
For New and returning customers of Mrcjsales the minimum order value is $300 for every order placed.Once customers have reached the $300 expenditure you will be able to purchase your order at wholesale price
2. How to place order
- You must be a registered wholesale user to view our wholesale prices. If you have not yet registered please go to the web site, click on “Apply for Wholesale” then “Fill out the form”. Follow the prompts and submit your information. We would appreciate it if you would read what we have to offer to our wholesale clients (Learn more)
- You may Submit your order via our website at Mrcjsales.com (payment will be made after order is 100% confirmed)
- After choosing the desired shipping method and have placed the order you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed.
- Depending on the shipping method you have chosen you will receive a phone call from (213) 655-6650 or an (email) regarding your order letting you know your order is (ready for pickup)/(Shipping quota prices)
- Once your Order has been picked up or has been shipped your order will be marked as completed you will receive an email with your invoice you may also download the invoice off the order section of your dashboard
- Call our customer service representative toll free (213) 655-6650. For any Question or Concerns you may have.
3. Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All Wholesale users will receive the wholesale price (tax exempted). Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Returns
Returns are non-acceptable for wholesale users. If requested return by wholesale user will not be approved all sales are final with our clients.
5. Payments
Mrcjsales accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) payments via Stripe.
All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee wholesale are (tax exempt).
6. Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. All Wholsale orders that will be shipped will be contacted before hand to apply the shipping charge you will be informed what payment you will use for this when called.
7. Delivery Window
Please allow at least 1-5 days from the time of your order for completion of items. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us at: (213) 655-6650 for information about availability.
8. Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
We have experienced too many customs and shipping complications to make this worthwhile for the customer.
